It seems that doing a retrospective on one's crowdsourcing history seems to be the meme of the hour, so I thought it might be interesting to go through my own and see how the campaigns I've backed have done. It's not all gaming-related, but most of it is.

• Re-Creating my Egyptian Art from Deities and Demigods. Est. delivery Jan 2012. On time.
• Labyrinth Lord Referee Screen. Est. delivery Jan 2012. I honestly don't remember when I got this, and there are no updates on the KS page to help jog my memory, but I did get it. Until I know for sure it was otherwise I'm going to call it on time.
• Adventures in Oz: Beyond the Deadly Desert. Didn't make goal. (Pity, it's a great game for younger gamers.)
• Vendetta. Didn't make goal.
• Skittykitts. Est. delivery Apr 2012. On time.
• Random Dungeon Generator as a Dungeon Map. Est. delivery Apr 2012. Actual date May 2012.
• Dwimmermount: An Old School Fantasy RPG Megadungeon. Est. delivery Jun 2012. Still not shipped (but there is hope now).
• Myth & Magic Players Guide - 2E Revived and Updated! Est. delivery Jul 2012. Actual date Sep 2012. I only ordered the pdf version, but as I understand it the hard copy still hasn't shipped. Yikes.
• Ogre Designer's Edition. Est. delivery Nov 2012. Still not shipped (new estimate is August 2013).
• The Parsec RPG. Est. delivery Jun 2012. On time.
• Cityographer - City Generator & Mapping Software. Est. delivery Oct 2012. Still not shipped (but still getting updates).
• Champions of ZED: Zero Edition Dungeoneering. Est. delivery Aug 2012. Still not shipped (but a draft pdf was sent to the backers just today, so there is hope).
• StarFire Command Space Fleet Miniatures Game. Est. delivery Oct 2012. Actual date Nov 2012. Renamed Quantum Expanse (see below).
• Axes and Anvils. Est. delivery Nov 2012. Still not shipped (and who the heck knows if it ever will?)
• Dungeons & Dragons: A Documentary. Est. delivery May 2014. They were still filming at GaryCon this month; can they still make that deadline?
• Space Elevator Science - Climb to the Sky - A Tethered Tower. Est. delivery Nov 2012 (I went in for the t-shirt). On time.
• Star Trek: Renegades. Est. delivery Oct 2013. I see lots of updates, but very little about actually filming the damned thing.
• Quantum Expanse Space Fleet Miniatures Game. Est. delivery Feb 2013. On time. This is an expansion for the StarFire Command/Quantum Expanse game, above.
• Tavern Cards - Playing Cards that Create a Tavern. Est. delivery Apr 2013. I'm getting updates, but that date is looming closer...
• Nykken and Bear - a new recording by Kari Tauring. Est. delivery Mar 2013. On time. Yeah, I like Scandinavian folk music. Wanna make something of it?
• Creature & Encounter RPG Card Decks. Est. delivery May 2013. Getting lots of updates.
• Busty Barbarian Bimbos. Est. delivery date Jun 2013. With a name like that, I'm not sure I even care if it's on time!

So, here's the breakdown:

Out of a total of 15 projects that funded and should have shipped by now, 47% shipped on time, 20% shipped late, and 33% haven't shipped. Now that I look at the math, that's not such an impressive number. One project in three are still in limbo? Yikes. Still, almost half shipped exactly when they said they would, and that does give me some hope.
